WE LOVE RANGE ROAD VET!!! Seriously going anywhere else would be doing yourself and your pet an injustice. Range Road is clean, the staff is wonderful and Dr. Cheng is fantastic. We followed Dr. Cheng from her previous vet clinic because she is just too good at what she does. She’s kind, compassionate, and great with our two sphynx cats. Additionally we love all the range road employees for being so warm and welcoming. Fantastic, fantastic, FANTASTIC vet. Thank you Range Road and Dr. Cheng.

My puppy was not acting like I puppy, Cooper had his first vet visit at our vet in Gunn but is an hour away. I call range road vet because my daughter has taken her animals there and they fit me in immediately. Unfortunately did a parvo test and it is positive. They helped me as much as they could by sending me home with meds, syringes and directions on what to do along with hopes and snuggles that he can recover.

“We went to Range Road for our two older dogs when it was time for them to go to heaven, and the staff and doctors were wonderful to our family. We are now dog sitting for 8 months and we brought the dog in for a tooth issue. We were only charged a small amount for looking at the tooth, and not for a full check up, like our old vet used to do each time we walked through the door, which obviously got very expensive! Range Road vet is amazing, we only have great things to say about this place!!!”

“I never leave Google reviews, but felt compelled after our first visit to Range Road. I thought our previous vet was quite good, but Range Road is on another level. We were treated like old friends and the vibe at the clinic is really comforting and kind. Our puppy getting her second round of shots was a bit hesitant so our vet sat on the floor and made herself a new friend before doing the exam. I wish all medical services were as patient centered as this one!”

“My otherwise nervous cat is very comfortable at Range Road! He doesn’t typically leave our home so the car ride and new environment give him anxiety but once in the treatment room he calms down. The staff are very good at working with him and we are very happy with the level of treatment.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and the staff are just wonderful! They first met my dog Benjie and helped me to take care of him and his allergies. He has since passed but we now have 2 kittens that we bring here. All the Doctors and staff are so friendly and answer any questions we have. Highly recommend this place 👌

“Dr. Janzen took excellent care of Stella today at Range Road – she was very thorough and took time to explain to me what she was doing and why and gave me different options to suit my families needs and Stella’s. Stella is a nervous dog but Dr J was kind and patient with her with calm words and lots of pets (and there may have been treats involved!)

“Today we went to this veterinarian clinic for the first time. We met Dr. Soles with our Mini Bernedoodle Felix. Our experience were awesome! The reception staff and the doctor was so nice, polite and knowledgeable. We felt right away at the right place and welcomed. A big Thank you on all we met today. You guys entered the new patient data and welcomed us right away with our names. So the homework for the appointment was also done. At other offices we made already other experiences. “My very Anxious dog. Was able to walk onto the clinic like it waz nothing usually have issues getting him in the clinic but this time was different he was happy to go, he had no issues at all going with the stuff and they staff was able to keep him relaxed and get his nails done in no time.

Why would I travel outside Edmonton to take my cats to the vet? Because it is so worth it. Range Road Vet is great, for me and for my cats. Have respect for me as a pet parent and respect and great care for my cats. All the staff from front end to the vet techs and veterinarians are so kind, caring and ready to assist. I love the space that they provide for the animals, spacious and enough room for multiple people and their pets to be in the waiting area. The exam rooms are clean and comfortable for my cats.

They were able to provide me with a payment option (via 3rd party) when my cat so needed dental surgery. And we’re honest with their payment estimates. Gave me sufficient information about the dental procedure and what to look for and do to help my cat through and gave me contacts numbers if needed for emergency after surgery. Very grateful for the whole process.

Here is my soon to be 14 year old girl a week after surgery smiling and healing well. And looking forward to the complimentary dental follow up.

I’ve been dealing with Range road vet for a few years with all our animals. They always treat our animals as if they where their own. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. We recently found out our Cat of 14 years had terminal cancer and was going down fast. It crushed our family knowing our time was coming to the end with our best freind.

When the day came, all the range road staff made sure we where taken care of, knowing how hard this day was for us. The Compassion they expressed was greatly appreciated. They made sure our boy was comfortable, that if there was anything we needed they would be there and to take as much time as we needed we also had our own room to share those last moments with Harley. It was very peaceful. We will hold all the range road staff deeply in our hearts. Thank you to Dr Janzen and Dr Cheng for everything you did for our boy’s last few days.

One of the best vet clinics we have ever delt with and will continue to with all our fur babies.

“My partner and I love the staff at Range Road (RR) Veterinary Clinic! Our little fur baby had a terrible upset stomach that made him vomit more frequently than he really should be, which made us incredibly worried. Not only were we squeezed in on a tight notice, the staff were able to perform an x-ray on him in short order.

Compared to other vets we had visited, the way the RR staff treated our dog with kindness and patience meant the world to us. We weren’t seen as another appointment to them. They made sure our dog felt comfortable. Not only do they treat animals with the utmost respect, they also took the time to explain to us our dog’s medication to ensure the highest quality care when we go home.

Thank you to the RR staff for providing us ease of mind with our dog, when we were the most anxious. If you’re looking for an attentive vet clinic that cares about your pet and their wellness, I highly recommend this place!”

We have been going to this vet for a year now since we moved to Beaumont and they are nothing short of amazing! I did research on all the vets prior to choosing Range Road. The facility is always kept so clean. The staff is compassionate and caring for your animals, it makes you feel at ease knowing they’re in such great hands.

They saved our little dogs life last year when he went into severe anaphylactic shock. The care and love they provide for our animals is unmatched. Highly recommend Range Road vet!

Been bringing my dog for a little while now. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions. Just recently, my little monkey got into an altercation with another dog at a dog park, and when I called they told me I could bring her right away. Within an hour they had her all fixed up and ready to go (thankfully it was not catastrophic).

I’m not even sure if they are an emergency vet, but their willingness to take her in so quickly meant the world to me. I always recommend this vet to others.

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Range Road. I have been coming to Range Road with my dogs for years. In this case I had an emergency with my senior cat. I had brought him to the emergency vet Pulse where he stayed for two days. My experience with the emergency vet clinic was horrible and confusing. The staff at Range Road made me feel valued and that my boy mattered. They helped me make the hardest decision and made a tough situation as good as it could have been. “I have been using Range Road Veterinary Clinic for a couple years now for my two Australian Shepherds. I have never once had a complaint and my dogs have always received the highest quality of care. The staff at the clinic always remember my dogs by name every time I come in which puts me at ease.

On top of regular check ups and vaccinations the clinic has always been able to accommodate me on very short notice (same day) during the odd time when one of my dogs needs to come in for emergency care. Prices are very affordable and have remained consistent year to year. Both of my dogs feel comfortable there. A big thank you to Dr Cheng, Dr Dani, and the rest of the staff at Range Road Veterinary Clinic for keeping my dogs healthy!”

“My mom is visiting from Ontario with both her elderly dogs when her little 14 year old Yorkie, Sami started having symptoms of dehydration.

Range Road was able to see her right away, which was amazing (I did not think that would be possible).

We took our newly adopted furbaby, Charlie, to see Dr. Ponich and her team for his first vet visit since adoption and a couple of shots. Charlie is fairly timid and experiences increased anxiety with fast movements and loud noises and after a quick mention everyone made sure to make Charlie feel confident and comfortable. He didn’t even notice when Dr. Ponich gave him the needle. She is very knowledgeable and the way she interacted with our dog made us feel so relaxed and comfortable.

We were so nervous about how Charlie was going to react and it was really all for nothing with Range Road Veterinary, because the staff and Doc were amazing. After a quick check up they sent us on our way with homemade dog treats! Charlie and I highly recommend them!

“I had to bring my old boy (Rottweiler) Brody into Range Road as unfortunately his 17 yrs with us had come to an end. He wanted to be with us in mind but his body just would not allow anymore. I just wanted to commend the doctor and staff for looking after us and giving him dignity and compassion to the end. At 3:00 on a Friday afternoon I noticed my beloved rescue cat, Toothless, was acting odd. A patch of skin had started to swell and discolour and Toothless appeared to be in a lot of pain all of the sudden. I contacted some vets in Edmonton and was told the earliest I could get in was Monday. I called Range Road and they were extremely friendly and put me at ease right away. They booked an appointment for 4pm that day! The following deserves a five-star rating:

– In for an appointment on a Friday afternoon in less than an hour
– Covid-safe curbside drop off/pick up with a greeting at the door and an explaination re: process
– Excellent skills at sharing information and putting me at ease
– Multiple telephone calls to explain the findings of the examination, options for treatment, and precise costs

It turned out Tooth had an abscess that required treatment involving sedation and an anesthetic. Dr. Katrina Ponich had him in and out of surgery by 5:20pm that same day. All follow up care was explained in detail and Toothless healed up very well! I rec’d a call from the clinic within a couple of days to find out how he was doing. While I was exceptionally grateful for the care my pet received, a really nice silver lining was a vet bill that was likely half of what I would have paid elsewhere in the City.
