Getting Involved in our Community
The RRVC Angel Fund
The RRVC Angel fund is a donation based fund dedicated to supporting our local community and long-term clients when financial concerns limit their ability to treat their pet.
Because of your donations and support of our fundraisers, we have been able to use this fund to support our patients and provide care when it otherwise would not be available.
Ways to support the RRVC Angel Fund:
- Share our social media posts! This helps us spread awareness within the community.
- We will gladly take the loose change rolling around in your purse or vehicle centre console!
- Add a dollar or two onto your next visit.
- Donate in clinic via cash or card.
- Donate via e-transfer to reception@rangeroadvet.com
- Support our fundraisers at community events (such as local markets and Beaumont Days)
Beaumont Dog Park Sponsor
Part of our role as a Beaumont Dog Park Sponsor is ensuring the park is always stocked with poop bags! Cleaning up after our pets is important for keeping our pets and our pet community healthy.
Why Poop Bags?
- To promote park visitors cleaning up after their pets.
- To minimize the risks of parasite contamination.
- To help protect human and animal health.
How does parasite contamination happen?
- Dogs walk, run and play in areas where feces is (or has been) present.
- Dogs groom themselves by licking their feet or lick and sniff the ground.
- Intestinal parasites are transmitted when dogs ingest these fecal particles.
- Dogs then bring these parasites home and contaminate our own yards and walking paths.

Why Ken Nichol Ice Rinks?
Beaumont Heritage Founder Donor
Range Road is a Sponsor of “La Maison Historique St. Jacques Heritage House.”
We value the rich history of Beaumont and want to help the Beaumont & District Heritage Society restore and preserve the buildings and cultural sites that helped shape Beaumont into the community it is today.
Did you know...
La Maison Historique St. Jacques Heritage House was “built in 1912 on a farm that originally included 80 acres of land. It went down the hill from below the St. Vital church property, and all the way to Highway 625. The Town of Beaumont has allowed us to relocate the house to Parc Beacon Park, on the corner of 32 Avenue and 50th street.”
The BHS “raised over $130,000 in donations and pledges for the project. A new basement was built, on August 1, 2018 the home became the property of the Heritage Society, and on Friday September 7th, the house was moved to it’s new home.”

The RRVC Barn Cat Spay & Neuter Program
The purpose of our barn cat program is to help manage the barn & farm cat population.
We donate our time, equipment and services to help spay and neuter as many barn cats as possible! This makes it more manageable for barn owners with multiple cats as they are only responsible for the cost of materials used, medical supplies needed and medications.
Want to know more?
Did you know that the average cat reaches sexual maturity around 6 months of age?
From there, one female cat can have 2 – 5 litters per year and the average litter is usually around 3 – 6 kittens!
Lets say a female cat has 4 litters per year and each litter has 4 kittens (eg. 2 male, 2 female). This would mean that one female cat would have 16 kittens per year!
Within 6 months of birth, the female kittens from these litters can begin having their own kittens and the cycle continues…

Why the Fieldhouse?
“Playing soccer feels like a rite of passage in Beaumont. Playing a sport, any sport is a privilege and many of us were lucky enough to wear a coveted gemstone Beaumont Soccer Association jersey. I had always wanted to wear purple, but now I understand how lucky I was to even get green! Having more spaces and new facilities that allow the next generation to have these same precious memories is gift to us all. We are fortunate to have clients and patients coming through our doors, making it possible for us to support teams and spaces where the best soccer memories can be made.”
